The hotel offered a generous room upgrade upon check-in, a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to main attractions.
There were some inconsistencies with the timing of services, such as breakfast and room cleaning. It would have been better if these timings were more consistent and clearly communicated.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the tram station. The attention to detail is impeccable - from the friendly and attentive staff to the basic amenities provided in the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised to find a terrace in my room, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea from the electric kettle I found. The breakfast spread was also fantastic, offering a great start to the day.
All was incredible, no room for improvement.

Great location near tram and istiklal street, helpful staff, clean rooms, close to bus shuttle station, quiet area. Convenient shops nearby. Superb place to explore tourist areas or find affordable local restaurants. 😊

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - very close to the main attractions, the Sultanahmed area, and the T1 tram line which took me to the tourist central area. The hotel was also very clean and had great facilities. The staff were friendly and always available to help. the hotel was conveniently located close to the tram station, making it easy to explore this city.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.

The location is perfect, close to all notable city centers and attractions. It is a short walk to Galata bridge and Galata Tower. The breakfast room is spacious and the breakfasts are adequate.
The rooms are not new and clean, with spotted linens and unpleasant smells. They are also noisy when neighbors are showering or talking.
